Thioril (generic name: thioridazine; brand names include: Aldazine / Melleril / Ridazin / Thioril) belongs to a group of medicines known as typical antipsychotics.
Thioril is used in the treatment of schizophrenia.
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Take your medicine exactly as directed.
The usual starting dose for adult patients is 50-100 mg three times a day.
