Follow the directions for using Sleeping provided by your doctor or pharmacist. Take Sleeping exactly as directed.
The usual dose is 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, half hour before going to sleep with a full glass of water. Dosage may be increased to 3 capsules daily taken at regular intervals.
If you miss a dose of Sleeping, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Keep Sleeping at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Sleeping is not known to have any side effects if taken as prescribed. Contact your doctor before taking the medicine if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
