Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Take Aprovel exactly as directed.
Take Aprovel tablets by mouth. Aprovel is usually taken once a day with or without food.
Take your doses at regular intervals. Do not take your medicine more often than directed.
Continue to take Aprovel even if you feel well. Do not stop taking Aprovel without talking to your doctor.
No dosage adjustment is necessary in elderly patients, or in patients with hepatic impairment or mild to severe renal impairment.
If you miss a dose of Aprovel, take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Store your tablets at room temperature, away from excess heat and moisture.
Before taking Aprovel, tell your doctor if:
you are allergic to any medicines;
you have or have ever had heart failure or kidney disease;
you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
