The usual dose for respiratory, urinary tract, ophthalmic and other infections is 200 mg on the first day, then 100 mg daily. The duration of treatment is dependent on the infection being treated.

Take Vibramycin tablets with a full glass of water. It is best to take your tablets at the same time(s) each day, when standing or while sitting.
